How long does my order take to ship?

Depending on your order will depend on how long it will take us to get your order out. Custom orders are generally out in less than a week*. If we have it on hand, or is a regular item, we can have it shipped within a day or two* usually. *Note - this is business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, at this time, we can only ship to addresses located within Canada.

What is your return policy? 

We work very hard to source good quality materials. If you have any issues with your product, please contact us, so we can try and make it right. Due to the variety of items we work on, we will discuss this on a case by case basis.

We cannot warrant our signs placed in an outdoor environment.
